Wrestling fitness is something all Combat Fighters should take a close look at, regardless of your style. We can all learn from other successful fighting Arts Instructors.
It pays to mix your training up and cross train using strategies and concepts that have been used to great success.
It is a fantastic sport and wrestling fitness has to be taken seriously. Great Strength, Power, Speed and Endurance are all attributes that a wrestler is striving to achieve in his training. Funny enough, much the same as many other grappling style sports such as MMA, Jiu-Jitsu and Judo.
Steve Preston is one of the Worlds leading combat conditioning specialists, he has created a super site called “Wrestling Performance - Wrestle Better Now!”
- with so much information on strength, conditioning and Nutrition for wrestlers but I would encourage anyone interested in combat sport to tune in and take notes there.
MMA fighters will greatly benefit from the information that Steve shares. Go and Subscibe to his Free E-Course “7 Cutting Edge Ways to improve your wrestling”
I simply cannot believe how rediculously low the membership is there when there is so much great information. Click the links above and go take a look for yourself.
You do not need to go through the trial and error methods of training when all the hard work has already been done for you. Go with what already works in wrestling fitness.
