  • Accept the fact that you are injured and move forward.
  • Go through the process of how the injury occurred so you can ensure it does not happen again.
  • Find out everything you can about the injury and seek professional help.
  • Consider every rehab method possible.
  • Be absolutely thorough with your rehab.
  • Do not test the injury until it is fully healed. (Listen to your body)
  • Learn from the experience.
