My Martial Arts classes in Calgary

I teach Martial Arts classes in Calgary several times per week. In fact, we have adult classes available 6 days per week. We also have childrens classes available 5 days per week. That amount of training is great for the students but it is also great for us as instructors. Where students benefit greatly through attending classes on a regular basis, we as `instructors benefit from that opportunity to pass on that Information.

It is through services such as this that allows us to pass on our knowledge, techniques, skills and other information that is another great opportunity to show the rest of the world outside of our Dojo in Calgary just some of the techniques and exercises that we practice on a regular basis.

Here you will see a couple of my students going through some simple Hip Throw and Hold-Down Drills:

Martial Arts for Kids in Calgary. A very Quick Demonstration of some of the very basic techniques such as snap punch, cross punch, hook punch, snap kick, front kick and Roundhouse kick. It is important for kids to become very good at the basics through fun and repetition, it really helps to build confidence when they can perform very well in the basics.
